lol pilipino k din pala :o hahahahaha yeah^^ mahal nga ng mac.. tsaka pangarap ko din talaga magkaroon ng hackintosh, noong grade six pa :) anyways, sleeep works, I wasn't patient enough.

You transfer from class to class? Hmmmm try INSOMIAX, this little app disables lid sleep, its pretty useful.

lol!!!! i knew it!!! kasi nakita ko na nalink to sa forum sa tipidpc!!! haaha!!! what a coincidence! never crossed my mind na pinoy ka kasi nightly basis ka nag rereply. i thought we have a different time zone. lol!!! anyways thanks for the link! hahahha im still amazed lol! hahaha

Di ko nga rin napansin na pinoy ka eh haha mega skim kasi ako kapag nagbabasa di ko napansin nag taglish k pala hahaha nalaman ko lang noong sinabi mong taga pilipinas ka :D

Thanks for the confirmation! Acer has so many variants when comes to their notebooks.. really hard to tell whats compatible or not.

Anyways, VGA is not working. External display hangs on the apple boot screen, internal display still works though.

2. just try my DSDT, from here http://www.osx86.net/view/2517-gt_540m_worked_on_acer_4750g.html
3. HDMI works with Intel and Nvid, VGA isn't.

WARNINGS!:
Do not combine with sleepenabler and genericbrightness, you'll get KP unsolved.

After use my DSDT Switch from bios for comfort use between nvid and intel and nothing setting again for DSDT.
I still working build for optimus, bluetooth, etc. Hope there's complete DSDT next time

I am trying to get Lion operational on an Acer 5749Z, after following all the MultiBeast instructions unless I boot in safe mode, I can not complete booting.

I don't see any major errors during the boot, at the point where I would normally see the login screen I just get a flat grey screen (no apple logo, just grey). I can see and move the mouse, but useless otherwise.

Can anyone give me any assistance here?

^you must have a intel hd 3000 graphics. that's the most compatible integrated graphics card for a hackintosh
