Not only does this help solve sleep issues with bluetooth, but it also increases the range of your apple bluetooth module.

I did this same combo package after I used the diode method to connect an apple bt module to a mobo header. I found out afterwards that I didn't have any range on the bluetooth module since it was inside the aluminum steel case. Hooking it up the 3rd (unused) wireless antenna solved that problem.

This is definitely the avenue to go for a vanilla Mac wireless and bluetooth solution

Awesome pics!

I am a bit lost on the bluetooth module installation. The pics do not make it very easy to see where all the wires are soldered to.

Also, anyone know what the apple part numbers are for the best airport and bluetooth cards are?
